The Power of Slow: 101 Ways to Save Time in Our 24/7 World
Power of Slow by Christine Louise Hohlaum is an easy read which offers 101 Prudent and Practical Ways to Save Time in a Fast Paced Culture.  Christine speaks of time and of her conscious relationship with it .... which has made her more spiritually mindful of what she is doing and why, as well as the quality of who she is choosing to Be during her Journey in Time.

The light hearted Anecdotes Christine uses especially warmed my heart, because I am reminded of the truth of them.  Since the early 1990's, I've had the pleasure of being with her and her extended family at her Mother's Family Gatherings and have observed much over the years.   Her Mother, Willow Drinkwater, is a precious friend and neighbor here at Cedar Hill Paradise Farm.

As I read The Power of Slow... I heard her Mother's voice and saw the influence of Christine's Family in some of the Chapters.  While reading other Chapters... I could see the influence of so many and thought, Christine is the perfect person to write on this.  After glancing at her Blog I saw she is rapidly becoming a Living Resource for many.

Taking advantage of the practical wisdom Christine offers in The Power of Slow will help you to live a more fully realized life ... a more simplified, balanced, prudent, spiritually authentic and harmonious life of quality.

Christine is an accomplished Author. Some of her other Books are S.A.H.M. I am Tales of a Stay at Home Mom  Diary of a Mother Parenting Tales and Other Stuff.  Author's Companion: A Self-Guided Course on Book Promotion…  The Diary of You 26 Writing Exercises to Unleash Your Creative Soul

After Reading The Power of Slow, do keep in mind... your Role in using the Key of Balance, (previous blog) and God's Perfect Timing... for those who seek to go with His Flow during their own Journey in Time and Eternity.

What a loving tribute you give to Christine in this review of her book, Brenda. It is such a privilege to know you and your way of living which so fulfills God's purpose for us. You give in such a loving way, and write so beautifully. And to think you live just 1/2 mile down the road!!! Blessings, Willow
